1. No Withdrawal Right for Digital Content
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
MoodleGPT 3 is a digital content product that is delivered immediately upon purchase. Under EU Consumer Law (Directive 2011/83/EU), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once performance has begun with your prior express consent.
By purchasing MoodleGPT 3, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- You are requesting immediate delivery of the digital content;
- You waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the content is provided.
2. General Refund Policy
Because the product is digital and cannot be returned, all sales are final. We generally do not offer refunds once the license key has been activated and the extension features are accessible.
Please ensure that your computer system meets the requirements (Google Chrome or compatible browser) before purchasing.
3. Exceptions
We believe in fair treatment. At our sole discretion, we may grant refunds in the following specific scenarios:
3.1. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchased the same product twice (e.g., due to a browser refresh during payment), we will refund the duplicate charge. Please contact us within 24 hours of the transaction.
3.2. Technical Failure
If the extension fails to function on your device due to a technical error that our support team cannot resolve, and you have provided:
- A detailed description of the error;
- Screenshots or logs as requested by support;
- A reasonable opportunity for us to fix the issue (typically 48 hours);
We may issue a refund. This does NOT cover issues caused by third-party changes (e.g., Moodle platform updates) or user error.
4. Disputes and Chargebacks

WARNING: ACCOUNT TERMINATION
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank without contacting us first will result in the immediate and permanent revocation of your license key and blacklisting from future purchases.
We maintain comprehensive records of your IP address, timestamped consent, and digital delivery proof, which we submit to banks to contest invalid chargebacks.
