1.2. The Product is a browser extension that provides AI-powered educational assistance features for Moodle learning management system users.
1.3. The Product is delivered electronically and immediately upon successful payment processing.

3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND FEATURES

3.2. The Product requires: Google Chrome or compatible browser, Active internet connection, Valid Moodle learning management system access. Optional: Personal Gemini API key.
4. DIGITAL CONTENT DELIVERY
4.1. Immediate Delivery: The Product is delivered immediately upon successful payment through automatic license activation.
4.2. Delivery Method: Electronic delivery via browser extension license activation.
5. PRICING AND PAYMENT
5.1. All prices are displayed in EUR or equivalent local currency and include applicable VAT for EU customers.
5.2. Payment is processed securely through Stripe via Browser Bill.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EXPRESS WAIVER

7. LICENSE GRANT

8. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS

9. LICENSE REVOCATION
9.1. License revoked without refund if you: Initiate invalid chargeback; Violate Terms; Engage in fraud; Share credentials.
10. REFUND POLICY
10.1. General Policy: Refunds generally not available due to immediate digital delivery.
10.2. Exceptions: Duplicate purchases (24h) or technical impossibility (48h).
10.4. Chargebacks: Initiating dispute without contacting us first results in permanent ban.
